Making a purchase could not be easier! Simply click on the Buy Now button and you will be guided to our online store. You will be asked to provide a few details that we will need to complete your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be charged for the amount of your order including applicable shipping and handling charges and sales tax (if applicable). Your credit card purchase will be processed over a secure internet connection.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are shipped prepaid via UPS (Ground, 3 Day Select, Overnight). When UPS limits are exceeded, we strive to ship by the most cost effective and direct method to get Fitivities to your specified location.

Shipping Policies

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours pending credit card verification. Please allow 7-10 working days for UPS ground orders. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order within 5 business days, we will inform you by email when we expect to ship the backordered item(s). For order shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or US Territories, additional fees may apply. For International shipments, does not charge, nor do we assume responsibility for taxes, duty or brokerage fees. All additional fees charged by UPS International, customs, brokerages, etc. are to be paid by the customer.

Holiday Shipping

We cannot guarantee holiday delivery of Fitivities in stock after December 15th. To make special holiday shipping arrangements after the 15th, please email us at Should your order be delayed, you will be notified immediately following your order, by email, or by a return phone call of the expected shipping date. We suggest you order early to avoid possible delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Sandy Spin Slade, Inc. warrants that Fitivities is free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser for 15 days following the date of purchase. All returned merchandise must be new, and complete, and still in original packaging. No returns will be approved and/or credited if the merchandise has been used or damaged in any way. Prior to returning the product, please email us at and we will email you a form and instruction on how to return your purchase.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Back Orders

In the event that we cannot fulfill your order within 5 business days, we will inform you by email when we expect to ship the backordered item(s).

Tax Charges

We have business operations in Wisconsin and California. Customers in these states will be subject to current applicable sales tax. Orders billed to customers in other states will not be subject to sales tax.

Credit Card Security is a safe on-line shopping community. We use the industry standard security for your protection. All of your personal information including your credit card number is encrypted so no one else can read it.

Returns Policy

Sandy Spin Slade, Inc. does not accept any returns of the merchandise without verification of a manufacturing defect or error. Please contact Customer Service at to arrange a return. No merchandise will be accepted for return unless prior authorization is given. When return authorization is granted, merchandise must be returned to us shipping prepaid with the return authorization number clearly displayed on outside of the shipping container. A return authorization is valid for thirty (30) days. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Sandy Spin Slade, Inc. will, at no charge, thoroughly evaluate the product for manufacturing defects. If the product is determined to be defective, we will replace the item at no charge, or a credit will be issued to your credit card for the amount originally charged for the item(s). Please note that, if under mitigating circumstances an exception is made to our return policy, a restocking charge of no less than 20% will be deducted from any refund or credit. We, however, at no time will refund or credit any shipping charges.
